The monitoring service offers a comprehensive, up-to-date list of security class action settlements. Users have the ability to structure the information the way they want it. Subscribers to this plan will have online access to CCB’s entire class action database, which, for each case, includes all the following information:  

      This information is updated daily and subscribers will have the ability to sort it in a variety of ways. If you want to know the largest settlements or which filing deadlines are about to expire, the database can be sorted and a report can be generated for printing or exporting to excel.

In addition, subscribers to Monitor Professional will have online access to the proof of claim forms and claim notices for all active cases. These will be easily accessible for both viewing and printing. Rather than searching through numerous sources, the claim forms and notices are in one easy to use location.  

Claim Filing Professional Service

If you want Claims Compensation Bureau to do it all for you, then this is your service. As a Claim Filing Professional client, you will have full access to CCB’s searchable, comprehensive class action database as well as proof of claim forms and notices. In addition, CCB will send a monthly claims report alerting you to all new settlements. Database access and monthly alerts will ensure you don’t miss any cases where you might recover money.  We also have the capability to receive all your transactional and positional data so that we can monitor the cases on your behalf. Once we determine those cases for which you might be eligible to file a claim, our team of claim filing experts will start the following process:

·    We analyze all class period trading to determine the most beneficial way to file the claim.
·    We complete all necessary claim forms and forward them to the administrator with the
     proper documentation.
·    We confirm receipt of the claim by the claims administrator.
·    We handle all correspondence with the claims administrator, making sure nothing is
