Claims Compensation Bureau, Inc. (CCB) was founded in 1996 to fulfill a need that existed in the class action industry. The majority of investors including large institutions and individuals were not filing claims. Either they did not want to bother searching through old stock records or they thought they would receive little or no money back.
From the start, CCB's mandate was to make the process easy, painless and profitable for these shareholders. This has proved true, as evidenced by the fact that CCB has filed over $100 million in claims for its clients since the start of 1998. We estimate that over 90% of the funds obtained on behalf of our clients would not have been recovered without our assistance, because of either non-filing or filing incorrectly.
