Our Team
Brad Heffler
President and Chief Executive Officer
Brad Heffler founded Claims Compensation Bureau (CCB) in 1996, serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception until the present. Previous to forming CCB, Mr. Heffler was a partner in the class action litigation department of Heffler, Radetich and Saitta, LLP (HRS) which was one of the country's largest class action claims administrators. During his 15 years at HRS, Mr. Heffler oversaw the administration of over 200 settlements involving millions of claimants and billions of dollars.
At CCB, Mr. Heffler created the industry of monitoring and filing class action claims on behalf of institutional claimants. Many of the claims filing procedures currently used in the class action industry are the result of Mr. Heffler's work in the class action field over the past 25 years. Mr. Heffler oversees all of the day to day operations of CCB.
Mr. Heffler earned a degree in accounting from George Washington University in 1981. From 1982 - 1996, Mr. Heffler held duel licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.
Leah Stolker Jordan
In-House Counsel
Leah Stolker Jordan joined CCB in 2005 as In-House Counsel. Before joining CCB, Ms. Jordan had represented individuals and businesses in complex class action litigation since 1993. While associated with one of the leading plaintiffs' class action firms in the country, she handled numerous cases including In re Brand Name Prescription Drug Litigation, which resulted in a $717 million settlement for retail pharmacists, and In re High Fructose Corn Syrup Litigation, which provided $531 million for direct purchasers of high fructose corn syrup.
Ms. Jordan earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1993 & her B.B.A. in finance from Temple University in 1990.
Norman Jung
Vice President, Operations
Norman Jung joined Claims Compensation Bureau in 1998. His work focuses on analysis of class action settlements, detailed examination of trading activity, and database management.
Prior to joining CCB, Mr. Jung was a Senior Accountant in the class action department at Heffler Radetich & Saitta LLP. Mr. Jung supervised the calculations and distributions of numerous complex class action settlements including the Asbestos Schools Litigation Fund which was one of the first class actions to be administered completely via the internet. Mr. Jung also spent two years in the United States Peace Corps program, working in the Slovak Republic. During this time, he helped develop a micro-lending program for small to medium size businesses and generated seed-capital by leveraging funds from both the United States Agency for International Development and European Union PHARE Programs.
Mr. Jung earned a degree in finance from Philadelphia University in 1993.
Marc Richman
Senior Manager, Option Claims
Mr. Richman joined CCB in 2005 to oversee the options division. Richman brings more than 25 years experience in the options field. With the increased amount of class action claims involving complex stock options in addition to stock, Mr. Richman's vast options experience gives CCB an options expert who understands the complexities of options trades as they relate to the claims filing process.
Before joining CCB, Richman was an active options trader on the floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Mr. Richman recently served as a floor official for the options rules committee of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Also, Mr. Richman previously served as the acting director of market surveillance for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
Mr. Richman earned a degree in finance from Penn State University in 1979.
Jennifer Foster
Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing
Jennifer Foster joined Claims Compensation Bureau in 2004. Ms. Foster is responsible for servicing our national client base and acts as a liaison between clients and our claims filing department. In addition, Ms. Foster was instrumental in the development of our computerized class action case monitoring system and oversees its operation.
Before joining CCB, Ms. Foster had a successful career in the tourism industry where she repeatedly won local and regional awards for her sales expertise. Ms. Foster brings added organizational experience from her involvement in the startup of a boutique bond brokerage firm in New Jersey.
Ms. Foster graduated cum laude from Immaculata University with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Organizational Dynamics
